Diet Diary #6: Bernstein’s Food Haul || TNC

If you like this video than please subscribe! Just to make things clear: I have about 100 lbs to lose. Usually someone who is starting Dr. Bernstein’s would only be allowed 2 servings of fruit, 2 of vegetables, 2 of meat and 2 of grain products. Because I have so much to lose until I am in my healthy weight range I am allowed to eat 3 servings of each. I am losing weight rapidly though so I’m assuming my portions will be cut down to 2 of each very soon. I hope that all makes sense :)
